- Unlimited Phone & Email Support: Jon Miller will be your personal propane concierge, available for you at a time that works best for you via the Propane Buzz Hotline.
- Contractual Consultation: Will advise Tier Two clients on contract offerings, opinions on best time to buy for that given year, most reliable supply points in their areas, the best ‘emergency’ supply points and more. You can rely on my experience as a propane marketer and market analyst to help advise you on how to make informed and timely decisions with your propane purchases and annual planning.
- Annual Risk Mitigation Plan (RMP): Based on client input, we will work together to fine tune or devise a plan based on your monthly needs throughout the year. I’ll strategize with you to create a comprehensive supply plan that helps you mitigate risks based on your region, summer to winter ratio needs along with your risk appetite. I also sign a provided non-disclosure agreement (NDA) so you can be as transparent and frank as possible, so that I can help provide you with as much value as possible
- Face to Face Meetings: I will attend several of the major propane conventions each year with the priority being to meet Tier Two clients face to face and hash out plans for the coming year, at their request.
- LIMITED TO 75 CLIENTS: In order to provide Tier 2 clients with the time and effort they deserve, I am limiting this Tier of service to just 75 clients. Once you are in, you’re in until you decide you no longer need these services. We will then onboard new clients from a waiting list as openings become available.
