PROPANE DRAWS 1.6M/bbls
REGIONAL INVENTORY LEVELS
NATIONAL INVENTORY LEVELS
Propane inventories dropped 1.6M/bbls this week and now sit at 64.9M/bbls, compared to 51.6M/bbls last year for this same week. Midwest and Gulf inventories remain above levels from one year ago, as we have one more reporting week for the 2019-2020 propane inventory cycle.
We’ll know next week if we end this year’s cycle with record levels of propane on hand…it will either be the most propane on hand to end a supply year or the second most.
The image on the right is a re-share from yesterday, showing Conway and MTB month average pricing dating back to 1988…and how close we are going to be by the end of next week to decades lows. There is a chance March of 2020 will be the lowest average price at both Conway and MTB since 2002.
